Subdivision of Land - Allura Village - Fifty Three (53) Lots

We don't need more traffic congestion due to build this new high density apartments. We need coles/aldis/woolies if possible. Even lots of local Allura residents has written against this development but wydham council ignor the more than 100 residents petition. How many times and what number of comments the wyndham councils want to see to declined this apartment project and downsize the supermarket, reduce the size of shops ????

I purchased the land in 2012 at allura. It's expensive at that time compare to Bellvue estate or nearby estate. I buy small block as compare at that time I can buy bigger blocks in nearby Estates.stockland promise for Woolworth shopping centre nearby and tennis court at the time of purchase it's in there purposed Masterplan but after couple of years when they sold 80% of blocks they changed everything. In my opinions I feel deceived by this big name developer and there is no law or any govt organisation or council who can ask these questions on the behalf of the people live in allura to this big developer they supposed to be delivered what ever they promised or they have return some money to us if they not fulfill promise. But now they utilising the same place to make a high density living place and make more money and the councils have look this matter not approved this it's already got two school nearby childcare centre and kindergarten at the peak hour or school hours it's already start getting traffic jam in this area. After long time we got only one benefit here in allura we got bus route 152 just start now.

There is no need for additional housing, the residents of Allura deserve the promised retail precinct. The closest supermarket/shopping village is at least a 5-10 minute drive, nothing to meet the everyday needs of residents within walking distance. There are numerous supermarkets in Tarneit and not one in Truganina.

NO to more DENSER housing!!!
It has more negative impact to the community than positives. More: traffic, double parking, rubbish, crowdedness.
Planning needs to be more applicable to the existing infrastructure. There are 2 schools, a Kinder, a Maternal Child Health centre, a Community centre, a Childcare centre, Sporting complex and a Family oriented neighbourhood. Planning needs to align to the needs of our community. We need a proper shopping centre with a pharmacy, laundromats, fishmonger, fresh grocers, open spaces, cafes, playcentres - perhaps a water based outdoor playground similar to the one in the Riverwalk estate in Werribee, an Indoor multipurpose Sporting complex with a swimming pool, Basketball, Netball, Indoor Soccer, Badminton etc, community based gardens. Especially in these uncertain, random covid times we are living under, we need facilities that are nearby for people to utilise and a space to gather, especially when we have km restrictions. Covid has changed our lifestyles and planning of that space needs to cater to this.

We strongly object to the proposed high density apartment blocks, especially the proposed 4 storey apartment buildings.

Reducing the size of the much-needed shopping centre to accommodate high density apartments is of no benefit to the community.

The current infrastructure (Mainview Boulevard and surrounding streets) is not designed to support the traffic that will come with this high-density living space. There are already 2 schools, a childcare centre and a child and maternal health centre in this small area.

The area is busy during peak hours, with local and outside traffic trying to access freeways and the above facilities. The proposed apartments will no doubt lead to further traffic congestion and noise levels.

Additionally, the four-storey building will disrupt the skyline, be unsightly and result in the shadowing of the existing homes / area, result in privacy concerns and ruin the natural appeal of the area.

I purchased my home in Allura Estate in 2106 with the Stocklands promise of a Woolworths shopping centre/retail complex with proper parking. This was one of the main reason I (and all who live here) chose to buy and live in Allura estate. Also the Centre would top off and augment the wonderful School and adjoining sporting grounds. The fact that Woolworths pulled out of this with no discernible reason was a huge blow to the residents. We (The citizens of Allura) met with Woolworths and the now owner/developer of the proposed retail centre, and all I can see is a greedy developer wanting to put as many residential townhouses as possible on the lot by vastly reducing the retail and Supermarket (Developer has agreement to put an IGA in there which no-body wants) to do so. This is a great disservice to the community and not a care give by both Woolworths and or Stockland who made these false promises in the first place. The additional cars and traffic this will bring (and right next to the school) will be disastrous for the community. I would rather boycott this development and buy my groceries elsewhere, Coles and or Aldi's please help!

Allura is a beautiful Estate and love the area very much,
I will be very disappointed if the 4 story townhouses were to be built there.
We were told we would have a supermarket which we need more than the apartments .

I am voicing my concern for the proposed apartments and townthouses in the Allura shopping centre project. This is completely different from what we were promised by the developer when we were buying into the estate. The purposed project is not sustainable for an area of that size and most residents in the agree would agree with me. The Council should reconsider this plan and work towards a plan that is more suitable for the area.

We strongly object to this proposed plan with high density apartments and townhouses. When we had purchased land in Allura, the area was marked entirely for Allura town centre. This plan is a cruel joke on people like us who paid premium to purchase land to have an access to local town centre and cafes.
It is surprising that the plan has 4-storey apartment.Seriously.I moved to this suburb thinking it to be quieter with clear skyline and sunshine.

The allocated car park is also shrinking. This is not acceptable to hundreds of the residents in Allura and this proposed plan should be revisited with local community.
We need more space for retail and parking to avoid making Allura a ghetto.

Allura Estate Local Residents request to be thoroughly consulted on the application. The Allura Estate Town Centre was intended to have a much larger shopping centre that is presently anticipated. 100s of Allura Estate Residents are strongly opposed to the reduction of car parking in the area and the reduction of commercial shop space in favour of high density housing or excessive residential development. If the developer consults with local residents and ensuresthat residents concerns are heard, its likely to minimise objections to this application

The number of townhouses and smaller dwellings are a concern. We don't have any cafes or restaurants let alone a Woolworths that was promised. Years later we're still waiting and we've now been informed of multiple housing complex. Very disappointed.

Amendment to Condition 5 of the Planning Permit to Allow the Gaming Room to Operate to 3am (All Days) and to Reduce the Operating Hours of the Bistro and Assembly Rooms by One Hour (All Days)

The pokie losses in Wyndham are already at a critical level and it is a well documented fact that pokies cause harm. I do not support this extension request and urge Council to think very carefully about this request and consider whether it is really necessary. I urge Council to think about those left at home and the struggles faced by those who fall prey to these insidious problems that are the scourge of a society that is being eroded by these dreadful machines; they are of no benefit whatsoever to the community.

Development of the land for five (5) triple storey dwellings, five (5) lot subdivision and a reduction in the car parking requirement for visitors

Is this a joke? 5 lot subdivision in this small plot of land and triple storey dwellings to boot? In the past 2-3 years that I have been seeing furious subdivison applications for Werribee this is the first triple storey application I have seen. This level of congestion and density is completely out of character with this part of town and I am curious as to when Wyndham City Council zoned this area for triple storey developments.

Change of Use - Medical Centre

I do not consider this to be a good neighbour-friendly development, unless there was an implausible restriction on the number of patients and practitioners using the facility.

The street is alread narrow, given the high volume of vehicles and people visiting the fast-food premises.

There would be additional excessive movements of people in what was once a quiet dead-end street.

Will council and VCAT consider the irony of having a Medical Centre close to this type of "food" outlet?

There is a certain symbiotic relationship between Medical and fast-food industries but is this something Council should encourage?

Subdivision - Two (2) Lots

Please
Once again another subdivision
Look at our roads traffic standstill everywhere
Yes due to your lack of common sense closing both crossings at once and while the kids are still at school and you’re going to close another road I mean finish one job before you start another have some common sense
And now this ! yet more subdivision yet more traffic
The streets around here are not built for it your lack of forward planning has come full circle
Please don’t say “we’re widening certain roads “, yes to cope with traffic from 5 years ago
I realise it makes money for the council to subdivide why not look ahead , why not plan ahead now , for 5 years ahead
Look at the amount you have already passed and not just two houses on each block I mean this is being split which means at least two on each site
You do not have enough schools , not enough GP’s , Werribee Mercy can’t cope and not everyone has access to private health
You are also making it impossible for the younger people of Werribee who want to stay close to afford to .The majority of these sub divisions are not mum and dad investors they are developers
There is already land a plenty in Wyndham, please , please think with something else other than $$$
Thank you .

Selling of fuel or recharging services is likely to add further to the already congested intersection.

It is quite a crowded.prexinct with older citizens of reduced mobility in the Federation.village. it is not unknown for dangerous fires to occur, putting lives and health at risk.

This is a long way from the simple roundabout proposed by LXRP's preferred solution exhibited for comment in 2019.

A better use would be a park or other community facility.

Use of land for Place of Worship

It would be a problem with car parking if this application is approved. This centre is busy in Saturday’s and Sundays. Weekdays rear car park is full from staff Special Ed School across the road. I do not understand how a shop could become a place of worship with new cafes trading there. Would not wanting to be having brunch or lunch at One of these venues and listen to hymns, chanting or loud music.
