Subdivision creating 188 residential lots and four residue lots including new road over four stages including a building envelope plan (partial approval only relating to a temporary access along The Water Lane between Grandhill Parkway and Nelson Road)

ABSOLUTE MADNESS! This mess should not be even considered, let alone approved given the lack of infrastructure!!!

The main roads are congested every day of the week! MILE END ROAD CNR WINDSOR ROAD IS ABSOLUTELY GRIDLOCKED!!!!!!

Schools are overcapacity!

The two nearest public hospitals are 47 and 57 years old!

This will have a huge effect on the environment in summer is several degrees higher compared to suburbs that aren’t overbuilt due to lack of trees, hot roofs and each running their AC!

For all who have felt the impact of these poorly planned crowded suburbs should raise their concerns in the submissions on the council website.

37 Tarcoola Drive, Gables NSW 2765
Double storey dwelling with an attached garage and secondary dwelling - 210207/02

Too many attached secondary dwellings in the area causing parking congestion in these narrow streets. Also just driving on the Rd due to excess cars being parked due to two in one houses being built, as theses are all rented out a minimum of four cars per dwelling you can’t safely drive through without a near miss especially on the bend. There should be a limit to these types of homes being built.

Infill subdivision creating two residential lots including demolition

With this development will adequate off street vehicular parking be included? Within each dwelling there is a possibility of 5 persons each equaling 10 vehicles. As the kerb side car parking is already fully occupied and the local through traffic road system is already congested, what is the Council proposing for the local infrastructure? These developments are great for Council revenue, but we can not move through the local roads and streets.

Alterations and Additions to an Existing Dwelling and an Attached Secondary Dwelling under the Provisions of SEPP Housing 2021

Will the second attached dwelling come with adequate off street parking? The master bedroom would house 2 with at least i extra for each other bedroom (say 3) giving a possible 5 additional vehicles allotted to this property, that could already have numerous vehicles parked off the property. Our local road systems are already congested and these developments, eventhough good for Council revenue, should be permitted with Council infrastructure planing being known to the residences, SO what plans are being instigated for relieving the local off street parking and through traffic passage

Demolition of Existing Dwelling and Construction of a Two Storey Dwelling and Swimming Pool

Again another dual occupancy development. And again I ask? Will adequate off street car parking be part of the approval. Each residency having 4 bedrooms results in 5 residences, each, potentially, having a vehicle, 10 vehicles:- Where will they be housed. "O" along the already congested kerb, restricting the already hard to get through, traffic flow. These type of developments may be great for Council revenue but the infrastructure should be upgraded are these developments happen. I ask what upgrades are the Council proposing?

Demolition of Existing Structures and Construction of a Two Storey Dwelling and Retaining Walls - 8060014

Will adequate off street car parking be part of the approval. With there being two residences on this property, both being 4 bedroom, resulting to 5 people, each having a vehicle. The result:- Further congestion to the already kerb parking and greater loss of through traffic flow. Yes bring additional people into the Parramatta area but provide the infrastructure first or at least with these developments.
