Use and development of land associated with the extension to existing Motel (16 additional accommodation units and function room), reduction in car parking (2 spaces) and removal of native vegetation

When Port Campbell already doesn’t have sufficient car parking, why would any reduction in car parking be permitted, as this keeps fueling the issue. All new developments should meet car parking standards to address the current problem.

This house is one of few remaining early original settlers homes. Camperdown prides itself on promoting its history, however they are willing to see it demolished for a new home?

Surely at least keeping the facade and incorporating it into a newer home would be more in keeping with the values and history of the town instead of fully demolision
