This is a totally confusing document. It says there is one building but then talks about tunnels to other buildings not in this proposal. Can we see the whole development not bit by bit. How tall are the other buildings? Is it as overdeveloped as The Waterfall building also in O'Dea Avenue which has a building of more that 20 floors surrounded by 7 storey buildings? At least with that we go to see all of it.
