I disagree this development plan, DA/999/2017.
I am living in 46 Savona Drive, Wentworth Point, NSW,2127. which only 8 meters away from site including the drive way. I strongly worried about the safety and daily life would be destroyed, as this masterplan includes a 25 level high building and a 20 level high building.
1. Such high density area will cause public resouces shortage, such as parking, education, medical sevices, public transport and so on. Some of issues has been occur. For example the queue is too long to catch up the bus every morning. The traffic is blocked in HIill Rd and Australia Ave. There is only one primary school near by.
2. Fire risk is higher after this plan approved, as this two apartments are too close to the current building, the wind near shore is strong as well. There has been several fire alarms since I moved in. Too many high level buildings will constitute such hazard in local area, as the residencial building are easily suffer fire risk than conmmercial buildings. For example, Cooking, Somking, and Short circuit.
3. The 25 levels high building block the sunlight which breach the law that apartment in a building should receive a minimum of 2 hours deriect sunlight. and the 20 levels high building block the water view of my property. And my privacy will be invade due to all my windows are toward this new project .
