Each dwelling will have more than one car. So potentially 70+ cars in this small space. As this is so close to schools, a main road, and shops, what measures are in place to accommodate this extra congestion? This piece of land would be much better used as a green space/playground for the community. We don’t need more crammed in townhouses.
