1.) Where are the roads to accommodate another 42 cars minimum in the area.
Build/ upgrade the roads first before you cut up more land to collect rates.
2.) What delays can be expected during the construction period?

Each dwelling will have more than one car. So potentially 70+ cars in this small space. As this is so close to schools, a main road, and shops, what measures are in place to accommodate this extra congestion? This piece of land would be much better used as a green space/playground for the community. We don’t need more crammed in townhouses.
