- Description of Whole (Original) Development: Bus Depot, Including 139 Bus And 132 Car Parking Spaces; Ancillary Offices, Body / Workshop, Fuel Bay, Steam / Wash Bay and Tyre Storage; Outdoor Staff Area Close to the Offices; Northern and Southern Access Driveways Off Airfield Drive; and, Associated Landscaping Description of DA Modification DA-1072/2014/B: The proposed modification seeks to expand the operational capacity of the existing bus depot approved under DA-1072/2014. The proposal will seek the expansion of the site to accommodate 212 buses. To support this expansion alterations and additions are proposed to the existing workshop and increase the fuel and chemical storage capacity available at the site, and construction of a new at grade staff car park. Description of CC1: CC1 approves the following additional works approved in DA Modification DA-1072/2014/B: i. New on-grade carpark to eastern part of site with associated landscaping ii. Required land remediation works and site validation iii. Awning extension to the east of the existing workshop iv. New chemical store addition to the north-west corner of the existing workshop v. Mezzanine extension within existing workshop vi. Minor internal alterations to existing 2-storey part of workshop building (locker rooms and lunch room) CC1 excludes the following additional works approved in DA Modification DA-1072/2014/B: i. New awning to west of the existing workshop and associated deletion of on-grade car spaces ii. Increase in trade waste system capacity iii. Increase in fuel storage capacity
