Secondary Consent Amendment to approved plans - Reinstated several features of earlier versions of the planning approval such as: • Remove the existing garage and install a swimming pool. • Install a pergola. • Replace the roller door to Alfred St. • Installation a circular window to the northern façade of kitchen. • Replace existing 2.2m high western boundary fence. • Relocate wing fence on Alfred St side of the dwelling. Add several features which were not included in earlier versions of the planning approval • New powder room adjacent to the dining room. • New skylight over the island bench in the kitchen. • Replace existing roof tiles to the kitchen. During construction, the existing tiles have been found to be in poor repair and prone to leak which is likely to damage the kitchen ceiling. • Replace the existing box gutter to the kitchen roof and add a flashing over the existing parapet wall. During the construction period, the existing box gutter has been found to be in poor repair and prone to leak which is likely to damage the kitchen ceiling and the integrity of the existing parapet wall. • Increase the height of the parapet to new bathrooms and study to accommodate roof trusses clearances. • Remove existing roof valley at the rear of dwelling and replace the existing roof tiles with a new metal infill roof.
