Construction of a single storey outbuilding in place of an old wooden shed that was unfit for use/collapsing. Old structure was removed. Proposed outbuilding to be on same footprint of old. Foundations already constructed as we did not know that we needed approval for the work, we were replacing old for new. Compliance officer inspected and advised us to get DA. The structure is 25 m2. Intended as a storage space with a toilet and shower using existing drainage & storm water outlets. Landscaping unchanged
