Description

Remove one (1) Mediterranean Cypress hedge adjacent to pool in rear yard and replace with minimum of two (2) local native trees within one (1) month of removal. These pines are in fair health, they have not been maintained as a hedge and have now grown into medium sized trees which have outgrown their location; a narrow garden bed between the fence and pool. They are also situated within the Non-Climbable Zone (AS 1926.1-2012) of the pool which extends 900mm in an arc outside the pool boundary fence and 300mm inside.
