Description

Remove one (1) Lilly Pilly from rear of property and replace with one (1) local native tree of growing to a minimum height greater than 5metres at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree has died due to reasons unknown, it has a sparse canopy with only 20% live foliage, delaminating bark, and decay within the trunk. There is very minimal chance of recovery, without knowing the cause of decline, amelioration is unlikely to be successful.
