- Remove one (1) Fig and remove one (1) Pine from rear of property and replace with two (2) local native trees from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These trees are impacting the boundary fence and raised garden bed, the Fig’s roots are raising the pavers. They are inappropriate species for this small backyard, and are escaped pot plants - they are in an unsuitable and unsustainable location and have insufficient space to mature with vigour and proper form.
