The proposed roof deck /function area are directly adjacent to residents bedrooms and living areas.
They are hard up on the boundary -why can't they be located closer to Wickham Street or enclosed to mitigate any noise from functions and lectures. The closest renters at [address redacted] were unaware of the building change and the owners are overseas. The residents on [address redacted by admin] were not notified
