Dear GCCC - please consider this application carefully as there are a number of very concerned Chevron Island residents who are witnessing the degradation of their amenity and lifestyle due to the over-commercialisation of their neighbourhood, among other issues such as overly dense developments but this is not the issue here. Apparently Gold Coasters are experiencing a housing crisis so please seriously consider refusing this application.
