The application seeks consent to continue operating the premises in accordance with the previously approved hours of operation, for a further 5 year trial period. The previously approved hours of operation are: Mondays to Saturdays: ‘base’ hours between 10.00am and 12.00 midnight and ‘extended’ hours of operation between 12.00 midnight and 3.00am the following day. Sundays: ‘base’ hours between 12.00 midday and 11.00pm and ‘extended’ hours of operation between 11.00pm and 3.00am the following day.
