12 Chris Bang Crescent, Vaucluse NSW 2030
- Description
- Remove one (1) Norfolk Island Pine from rear garden and replace with one (1) local native tree from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection, the tree was assessed to be declining in health and there was water-logged soil around the base of the tree, which is likely the primary cause of its decline. Waterlogging contributes to the suffocation of roots leading to root rot, which impairs their ability to absorb water and nutrients. Rotten roots increase the risk of windthrow. The top of tree is dying back and there are large dead branches.
