We live across the road from this development .We were not notified .
The DA Pre-lodgement Form PAN -466979 mentions that the minimum lot size is 2 ha , but that block is nothing like 2ha.I went into Council and mentioned that but it seemed to be irrelevant .I cannot see how they could possibly collect and store enough water , and then have a suitable site to recycle all their wastewater .
There is 1 tree on the block , but I think that it will be dead by the time all the supposedly approved building is constructed.
I also believe that the building will be a traffic hazard .Mitchell Park Road is narrow and windy , not suitable even for a line down the middle , yet Council allows a 70km speed limit. The building will impede vision as vehicles come up and down the road , via a power pole .
We have a permanant Conservation Agreement with NPWS as significant vegetation , including a rare and endangered Orchid ,Pterostylis saxicola has been identified , along with at least another 5 Orchids , yet that is not acknowledged in their application as being adjacent
