A subdivision of fewer lots & the mandatory protection of trees & native vegetation would be a wiser move ..
So much for safe environmental guidelines & protecting canopy trees that provide wildlife habitat & enhance community well being. ?
Hopefully a collection of fast growing natives will be planted on kerbs ASAP!
