It is to be hoped that the side boundary vegetation will not all have to be sacrificed to get access to the rear to build. It is difficult to tell from the satellite image, but there appears to be substantial fence line greenery.
Hopefully the new landscaping plans will ensure there is no net loss of vegetation on the site.
