Excluding building façade, windows, fitout and all external areas as nominated from the Schedule 1 Architectural Plans - Educational Establishment for 80 Students and 30 Staff and Associated Works. The proposed works are defined as Integrated Development under the Provisions of Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979, as approval is required from the Rural Fire Service under the provisions of the Rural Fires Act, 1997. The determining authority for this application is the Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
