Parking is already impossible in this precinct, particularly at night. Council does not seem to patrol after hours and the 1.5 hour carpark at Woolworths is always full of Sporting Globe patrons overstaying. It is impossible to park and complete shopping after 6pm. Drinking in the street is common, even while not seated at a venue and during the day. Broken glass is often in the street. There are too many venues serving liquor outside and the street has lost it's family appeal. How can alcohol be served responsibly with seating around the corner of the building, away from any security or oversight? It is already difficult to navigate due to the gatherings on the foot path and will deter families form enjoying their local environment.
