The application gives no details of the purpose or value of this development to the community or The impact to environment. 95 units seems excessive. I am opposed to a storage facility if that is the plan.

The removal of native vegetation should be reconsidered as the landscape plan is limited. Basically concreting beautiful farmland and adding the odd plant!

Not opposed to development but would be great to know the purpose of this development so close to town.

Before decisions are made the local community should benefit from any development. It should not have negative impact on infrastructure demands.

I have no objection to the concept of this development, but typically the end result is a barren place with no trees or people facilities.

Can CoGG ensure that:

- trees are required to be planted and nurtured so that the development blends in with a regional environment
- people facilities are provided such as some open space.
