The number, height and density of new buildings in Point Frederick, Gosford and surrounding suburbs has become incredulous and unsustainable. To make such a pretty part of the Central Coast so ugly, dark and unfriendly is wrong. Building multi level buildings so close to the beautiful foreshore is also wrong, disturbing and disruptive. Nature is being destroyed and unreliable residents welcomed, without consideration to long term residents.
