I’m fully in favour of establishing a badminton centre in Nunawading. As a resident who regularly travels to Heidelberg for badminton/pickleball, having a local facility would promote healthy lifestyles, social interaction, and enhance our community. It’s a great opportunity to replace an industrial site with something that benefits everyone and provides a positive recreational outlet for people of all ages.

I am fully in support of this development! Badminton is a fantastic sport, for all levels or fitness and expertise. I play pickleball nearby and would travel for badminton!

I support the new courts, a badminton dream,
In Vermont’s charm, where sports gleam.
Feathers will dance, rackets will swing,
Community joy in each game we bring.
From young to old, we'll gather and play,
Uniting in sport, day after day.
In Vermont’s embrace, let’s build and explore,
Backing this project, now and forevermore.
