1. The Gum tree is located within 3m of the house and has caused significant damage to date. - Both eaves, frames are water-damaged due to constant debris the tree sheds onto the roof. Drains are constantly blocked with regular maintenance and with gutter guards installed. - Roof tiles have cracked from falling branches that are overhanging the house - water damage - Reports from neighbours that previous branches have fallen onto Nixon Crescent. - Previous White Ants have been located within the house and has caused significant damaged 2. The driveway has shown signs of cracking - The roots pose a risk to the footings and foundations of the property given the proximity. 3. The powerlines, water and gas infrastructure are all in close proximity If any of the unrealised hazards above are realised the risk would be catastrophic or a Major, requiring significant remediation. Whilst other risks have already been realised, which has already caused damage with maintenace regularly performed.
