It is far too late to say anything about this development since it is almost complete. However, I do not know what moron thought that having one road in and out of this complex (with 81 parking spaces) leading onto Archer st was a good idea. I am well aware that the NSW Gov and many of our councils are pushing for density, but at what cost to the quality of life for all the residents and out-of-area commuters having to sit at this intersection. I tried to get around this location and had to sit out four light changes because it was gridlock. That was before we have potentially another 81 cars entering onto Archer from this development. Why did council not propose or insist on having two entrance/exits via Archer and Boundary streets. This would not solve the nightmare of traffic in this location, but it might have made a teeny tiny impact. Of course, this would involve the developers losing some space with an extra townhome or two. This impacts the developers bottom line (making money) and will also detract from Council and NSW gov making their cut with property taxes, land taxes, rates, etc, etc, etc...Someone is going to make a killing and it is not the locals and commuters trying to maintain some element of calm while sitting in traffic at this location.
