I have lived at 98 Odin Road for 14 years.
A large apartment block will cause privacy issues for myself and neighbours, with the new residents of the apartment being able to see straight over our fences.
The lack of parking at the site will cause more cars being parked on surrounding verges which is already an issue for residents.
Not only do we not have verge parking for our own visitors, it also makes it difficult to reverse out from our driveways. This is a safety issue.
The size of this complex is simply a ridiculous addition to the street.
Innaloo is already a congested and overcrowded little suburb with the subdivisions, let alone adding complexes of this size.
I trust you see the problems this will cause for existing residents and the plan does not move forward.
