As a resident of the lower end of Pacific View Drive we have always valued having the pedestrian track between our road and Foxtail Rise, Doonan. We are concerned that the development of 39 PVD which appears to be commencing will block our access to Foxtail Rise. This could become a critical life-saving matter in the event of a bush fire as PVD has only one exit point on Sunrise Road. The 2019 bush fire event was potentially an example of when this type of emergency exit would have been required.
Can we be assured that access between PVD and Foxtail Rise for the general public will be retained?
