Hello,
We have had numerous building sites within a few a metres of our property.
We have not had any peace from building noise during the day for a couple of years.
The site of this new application will impinge on the carports at 21 Tyler Stree t of which there are 10 units to exit Eanun Lane.
The area does not need any more development as the works on Scarborough and Main will cause more noise and traffic in our area.
The property is quite a nice looking building of which it is a good example so demolishing and devolping this would be the wrong thing to do.
