Hi - renovation works are currently underway at 48 Edward Street, Osborne Park. I understand that these are related to a proposed dog day-care centre. Please can you advise if approvals have been issued for this (I can't find such online) and what the process is with regard to objecting to this proposed change of use.
We have not seen any notice posted regarding change of use.
We are concerned about increased noise levels and increased traffic levels in this area.
