We do not agree this application. There are already an excessive amount of daycare centres in the area and the increase on traffic Jones Stirling and turning into the Adriatic Centre during peak hour traffic flows when the road is the busiest there will absolutely be a crash site waiting to happen. We live across the road and we received no formal notification or information on what is being planned for the location and it could affect our property value should we wish to sell in the near future.
