The developer appealed and at VCAT 1 person decided it was ok so the development of both the 10 practitioner medical practice and 104 Place child care centre will go ahead. It’s too late to stop it if you don’t want the development. In addition, the over intense use of the land will attract more traffic and congestion to the immediate vicinity. The intersection High Street and Hartington Street is an accident waiting to happen.
