This build is at completion and it has been a total nightmare with the trade contractors having total disregard for us as neighbours. We had cause to contact Mincove Homes a number of times and were completely ignored, we may as well have been speaking to a brick wall.
Starting times ignored. Excessive noise from workers (swearing). Trucks parked across our drive blocking us in and out. Rubbish being thrown over our fence. Our bins being moved without any communication to us. Rubbish left on the footpath. Excessive mud driven out by trucks onto Wilga Close and not cleaned up. Trucks blocking the entire road for excessive amounts of time.
