Please address the following questions:
Will there be a building erected?
How many people will be assembling?
How often?
What time of the day/night?
Will vehicles be parking on adjacent streets?
Will there be lighting at the assembly, if at night?
What levels of noise will be generated by the assembly?
What will be the expected nature of the assemblies?
Who will be managing the "community centre" for purposes of contact if necessary?
