Hello.i was concerned that a easement is being constructed in 16-18 bushcherry cout to access a new development on 141 fountain road,not using fountain road as a access because it floods,yet a development can be done at the back?,where is the traffic flow report done on bushcherry court saying it can handle it,What about the water natural run of to the properties in and around the new development,can the council be held accountable because they have let this happen if they flood.all around existing properties,what about the trucks and building equipment for next couple of years parking on footpaths and congesting out poor little street,what about the noise early in the morning to late at night have we addressed that,what about letting all neighbours know about this happening,or is it better to put on a council website that every looks at religiously every day.(not) just asking
