Disappointing that the "removal" of condition 1C is described as "'minor" when it directly impacts the amenity and enjoyment of the surrounding neighbours properties. This proposal is for 3 dwellings on a relatively small area (originally intended for a single dwelling) with all 3 dwellings serviced by a single driveway, directly adjacent to neighbouring bedrooms. The replacement of the existing boundary fences with higher, acoustically appropriate fences should be considered an integral and essential component of a higher density development. The existing residents should not have their amenity compromised for the sake of a developers profit. A reduction of suitable landscaping is also a sign of lack of consideration of not only the neighbouring residents, but also the streetscape in general. The original provisions are reasonable and in keeping with elevated, higher density developments and should be abided by, remaining as intended.
