Can the council inform if is the site of one of the oldest houses in Mornington please ? Does it have heritage listing if so?
Yet more units to add to suburbia and yet no infrastructure upgrades(think of the traffic on Tyabb and Bungower rds, the lack of a footpath on one side of Dunn's Rd, the poor state of local parks, to name just a few )
Yet more spoils for a developer. What's next for Mornington? High rise dwellings?
Thank you .

Welcome to the NEW Mornington Peninsula where anything goes, if it puts $$$$ in the coffers at council it’s passed , don’t worry about the residents, rate payers or anything else for that matter as we the people who live here and have to put up with poor roads that are packed with stationary cars because you can’t move, tiny little side streets that are used as speedways while council pockets getter fatter and fatter, pathetic.

The Unit development is getting out of hand in this area. There are no services at the moment. Bins not collected weekly, still masses of trees down on the can't of Dunns and Tolmie as well as Vivian way. I also have a garage full of possums as they have nowhere to live due to over development of the area
