I am a resident on Allen St, North Strathfield
In review proposal open a Woolworths supermarket, liquor shop, open carpark I wish to raise a concerns there will be noisy effect to residential homes living on Allen St on surround neighbourhood residential

- Suggest considered build a higher 8 foot concrete wall facing on Allen St to reduce noise to there property
- And opening hour reduce 8AM to 8PM keep noise reduce on night time

Thank you

As a resident near where the proposed Woolworths supermarket, liquor shop and carpark will be constructed, I am providing my views on the impact of this from a long term perspective.

My concerns involve the following:
increased noise levels associated with the operation of the retail store
increased foot and vehicle traffic from the general public

I suggest the following be considered for the surrounding residential area that borders the proposed construction:
- include noise dampening measures such as building a sufficiently high fence/wall around the carpark to limit noise to nearby residents
- accessibility to the retail establishment be only via George St to reduce impact on residents of Allen Street – the documents propose accessibility to the carpark via Allen Street. Allen Street is narrow and increasing vehicle footprint will add increase noise and unnecessary vehicle movements for the safety of the residents
- the operating hours of the retail establishment be considerate to the residents adjacent to the retail establishment.
