Hi Thank you for informing us of this application. I have waiting for notification for some time. Unfortunately there is no submission regarding what type of dwelling is currently being built. Construction has taken place over a month ago, the foundation has been laid and the structure of the building is currently under way.
I believe that there may have been some purposeful deceitful actions taken place as we should have been aware of the build prior to construction. Very disappointing, just thought this may be important information to chase up as to why the submission is so late and as resident we will not have any say considering the build is well and truly going ahead.
