How typical it has become to place development applications and changes on the system just a few days before Christmas when they achieve minimum attention.
Doesn't matter in this instance as there appears to be no documents attached to the PD file anyway. This could all be quite innocent of course however this Applicant appears to have a track history of gaining initial approvals and then 'inching' changes on multiple future occasions (refer Sandstone Point). Keep a close eye on this one.
