I believe this development is too excess for the site and neighbours. I think it will block the sunlight and the proposed extra shade is unacceptable. There is not enough open space for the tenants at present let alone the extra people they propose. Please refuse this development as too excessive. Also there plans re neighbours properties is not correct and is not correct displayed on the plans. Thanks

I am the owner of 238 Oxford st Bondi Junction property directly behind the DA for 5 Grafton st. I have a concern that this over development is too excessive and it will have extra rooms and there is no parking on this site. There will be extra people staying there but there is No parking provided. The streets in this area are already full of cars where are the visitors going to park there cars. The residents are already having lots of trouble and problems finding a parking spot. Also we are concerned about the amount of noise the extra visitors and guests will generate for the residents who live in this street and area. Please reject this DA is a overdevelopment and eyesore for neighbours. Thank you
