We already live on an overcrowded street with units on both sides of the street and no permits available for units for street parking.

There is no parking for visitors and adding more units without having a solution for the currently affected residents here is unfair.

It is unreasonable to keep adding more accommodation without at least double car parking spaces, parking for visitors and a solution for the current residents. I hope this is taken into consideration.

7 dwellings on one block is ridiculous. Please MVCC, maximum 3 in while moonee valley region. Our infrastructure is not designed to cope with these huge developments. We have had a new 3 dwelling development sitting idle next to us for 2 years. One unit has finally sold but no one wants these tiny homes with no land after being stuck inside for lockdowns.
And the pandemic is not going away in a hurry so we need to adjust how we live and build in our community. Please say no to this developer
