This is concerning with a reduction in car parking spaces and visitor car parking. I realise it’s been done to regulated guidelines however The Minister for Planning needs to revisit these guidelines. Hartwell is already congested and the vacant land next to Leo’s supermarket will one day be developed - with reduced car parking???? Boroondara Shire cannot safely reduce car parking.
