We wish to voice our concern re development in jasmine road of 37 units.
. Over development of already crowded suburb
. Insufficient car spaces for 37 units If only half the 37 units had two cars that would still be 56 cars coming out of such a condensed street into an already congested central ave where only one car can pass through due to amount of cars on each side of road - this would further impact at the lights causing both cars turning in to central ave not having anywhere to go as cars coming out would’ve banked up. Central ave is a very busy street as it is. Concern re where any visitors to new development are going to park. Jasmine Rd is such a small street they would have nowhere else to go except back out to already congested Central Ave. We do hope that we will be informed re any meeting that will occur once submission has been looked at .

thanking you

Central Ave is busy enough as it is, now building 37 Unit is going to turn it into a highway, not to mention all the truck coming and going during construction. Access to the site should be via Bayswater Road and NOT Central Ave.

With the pandemic and the consequent drop in people moving to Melbourne, surely developments like this should be reconsidered. We don't need so much housing and we need more open space. Too many cars and the loss of vegetation are my main concerns. Bayswater Rd is busy enough.

I agree that if this development goes ahead, that the roads leading in and out should be via Bayswater road.
