I oppose any multi house living in this area.
Boarding houses are one of these. They have “housing commission” affordable housing already in the area which brings theft, painting of fences and walls plus drug effected people.
The proposed address is a quite area mainly with single dwellings upon each block.
The addition of multi person living introduces added stress to the electricity, sewer and water services plus unwanted additional traffic.
We are already facing issues with the current Affordable Housing commission in the vicinity with regular instance of speeding vehicle, loud noise generated by scooters\dirt bikes at night, graffiti, couple of instants where folks have broken into parked cars and encroached into backyards in the middle of night.
The locality surrounding the proposed site currently hosts families with young children, elder community and children walking to Meadows Public School, the addition of this Affordable Housing Complex in such close proximity will further hamper the safety. Would request to reconsider the approval of this proposal considering the safety of the community.
