2 storey childcare centre at this location is really not necessary and I strongly oppose this plan. There are already quite a few childcare centres within 1-2 kilometers, building up a 64 places childcare centre will definitely oversupply the current market. We are really worried about the noise affecting the neighborhood as this is such a nice and quiet area all the time! We are strongly opposing this plan!
