Hi reguarding the proposed wedding venue at this address this dose not affect me direct but I do have my concerns .
1 TRAFFIC 60 plus more cars on our country road ware and tare, be to much busy and council up keep to keep it safe.
2 NOISE Unfortunanatly travels for miles I can sometimes hear cars roaring and burnouts on our roads Heaton Road and Sandycreek Road
of a night time results look at our roads next day
3PEACE and QUIET most people move to the country for quietness having a venue like this will ruin the whole area ,keep your venues out pokolbin where accommodation is close and safer travelling
Parents feel there children are safe on there push bikes.
People riding horses can also feel safe without having to get off and walking their horse with approaching cars as locals know to slow down
4 Shiftworkers and young children need their sleep cars coming and going for close neibours and along the main road cars roaring of motors ,screaching of tyres wrecking our roads lights shining into windows loud music still wanting to party on
5 ANIMAL HABITAT our wild life also need their quiet .
Horses can be very spooky running into fences of a night due to noices lights
Cattle will eat most rubbish thrown from a car window balloons from partys, plastics or any rubbish disguarded
Dogs will bark at any strange noise ,people talking aloud ,lights shining of a night time this can cause dogs from Heaton Road across to Mill lane and further as a pack reaction
6 Whiting Lane is a close concern of mine as is only a single carriage lane ,locals know to pull over where safe let people pass safely have School bus use it 6 times a day and in past have complained about condition of this lane .This Lane would be another access road to use for people approaching the venue from Sydney direction and with extra traffic using it would become unsafe for some
7 Curfews They do not work you as living oppossite a community hall for 30 plus years people sometime will continue to party altho they locked off premises ,stop along edge of road ,music going ,drinking talking out loud ,then throwing their empty bottles ect into gutter or into front yards of propertys as move on .
8 Closest accommodation Cessnock, Heaton Road ,Sandy Creek Road Quorrobolong Road only access to get there ,late of a night time locals can have issues with kangaroos ,sharp bends ,hills if not knowing our country raods ,and with drinking can be a tradgedy in it self
As a approx 5th generation family of Quorrobolong left and back now on part of my family property looking forward to peace and quiet myself a Wedding venue in our beautiful area would ruin it totally

We totally agree Narelle Zalchenko. This does effect me and the rest of Whitings lane and Mill lane residents as we all walk on our roads which are narrow and dirt. People on horses children on bikes. We are a residential area not a 24/7 party area. The dangers of construction crews using our roads to cater for this site. Being here for 20years our roads are not built for large traffic heavy rain causes flooding visitors Will crash cars setting our horses cows and dogs lose.
No one has been given any notice of this large development and it's impact. Totally disagree with it.
