Ohhh Great yet another one. The developer must be from outside the Shire because it's pretty well known fact now that you don't look to purchase a development site our buy a completed duplex off PortHacking Road now as the traffic issues are horrendous. Not sure why the residents of Caringbah South are still paying the high council rates being levied on them currently, its not as if the area is overly desirable anymore with all the over development and infrastructure that is just simply not coping. Well done Sutherland Shire Council on forcing and encouraging 15 years worth of development on the Sutherland LGA in the space of about 4 years well done.
