This development is detrimental to everyone . The school, the community and the driving public . This is a busy , dangerous intersection and the plan to introduce shops to the already crowded zone is rediculous . The idea of having commercial activity is to permit the developer to buil border to border , leaving no green space and increasing profitability. The attractiveness of the Carlton South school grounds is an asset to the development.....the sixteen balconies overlooking the school will have a very nice outlook with all the gardens and trees in our school .
To imagine that shops will succeed in this location is silly . Where will customers park ? Where will the residents of the development enter and exit the building ? Into the
' school zone ' precinct?
It's a truly dreadful Development
We truly hope the authorities decline it.
