The Sydenham hub and creative arts precinct seems to have been a thought bubble unsupported in any practical way ... unlike this one below which is actually being backed by money ... lots of it
Construction of Sydney's Walsh Bay arts precinct is expected to start as early as July with plans for the multi-million-dollar refurbishment of the area receiving final planning approval.
